About this Bake
This is a triple-layer 8" carrot cake covered in cream cheese and white chocolate buttercream, topped with roses and rosemary. A special cake for a special couple.
Top tip
Use a cake turntable when applying the buttercream and add white chocolate to the buttercream to add stability. Be brave and try new things! This is the first time I've ever made this kind of cake.
