About this Bake
I baked this for my 47th birthday. If I don’t bake one myself, I can only expect a grocery store cake from others, so I do it myself.
Top tip
The flowers are all edible flowers from my garden. I divide the batter on a food scale to make sure things are precise. I bake at a high altitude and this cake still works, but needs a bit of extra baking time.
