About this Bake
This was my birthday cake. I made it during quarantine! It had 15 layers of crêpe and 15 layers of lemon curd topped with torched meringue - delicious and refreshing!
Top tip
Just make sure you’ve got a blowtorch and a strong arm for that meringue!
