About this Bake
The stress of starting a new semester and teaching/prepping all my courses in the Covid-19 era was completely gone while I tried to keep up with baking, cutting, smearing honey, and eating these delicious cookies!
Top tip
I used a stand mixer to make the dough. My machine doesn't flatten the dough enough, so I rolled them out before putting them on the grill. I also used solidified raw honey instead of caramel for the filling.
