About this Bake
As children, our father would...often come home with a chocolate cake with white frosting sandwiched between the layers, covered with chocolate frosting and chocolate jimmies. This was meant for my niece's 18th birthday, but I'm now on a mission to make that cake.
Top tip
Letting chocolate bloom with hot water really improves the chocolate flavour. Also adding a bit of espresso powder really makes it especially yummy.
