About this Bake
This was for my daughter Daisy's 13 birthday. She wanted a cake of her tortoise who is called Barbara. I am a rustic baker at best so bought a special half sphere cake tin for the occasion but it was so deep, the cake was entirely dried out by the time the middle was cooked!
Top tip
A mixture of butter and cream cheese with sugar as frosting will help any amount of dry cake taste ok.
