About this Bake
The cookies/biscuits were easy enough to make, however piping them out proved to be a challenge, and I ended up only getting three out of the bag before it blew a hole in it's side. So I just rolled the rest by hand and flattened them - worked well enough, but I would love to have the signature swir
Top tip
The jam and icing were simple. We don't have jam sugar in the US, but regular granulated sugar worked just fine (and I also added a tablespoon of lemon juice just to help it set).
