About this Bake
I used organic pitted cherries, organic pineapple, gluten-free flour, organic dried apricots, organic golden raisins - organic all the way, except for the blanched almonds.
Top tip
Use fresh cherries, organic if possible. The time taken to pit is well worth it. Don't be afraid to go gluten-free.
