About this Bake
These are chocolate and orange Halloween pumpkin cupcakes. They had orange zest in the sponge and icing with orange colouring.
Top tip
Be prepared to spend a long time grating the oranges and for everything to smell powerfully of orange for days after. Also the orange adds moisture to the sponge but that's actually quite nice. Perhaps I shouldn't have used a dozen oranges.
