About this Bake
This is a lovely lemon-blueberry cake, easy to make and delightful to eat. It has a lemon curd and blueberry custard filling sandwiched between layers of vanilla sponge with blueberries, covered in white chocolate buttercream with hand-painted flowers and fondant decorations.
Top tip
Make sure you use frosting that sets a bit harder, such as white chocolate buttercream, and chill the cake for an hour or so, before you start painting on it.
