About this Bake
I love pear drops and wanted to make a biscuit that was flavoured with them. Made two batches of dough one flavoured with ground pear drops which had a lovely peach colour and a plain second batch.
Top tip
Keep an eye on them whilst baking they only need to be just starting to colour before adding the sugar topping.
