About this Bake
Cake was made for my grandparent's golden wedding celebrations, top layer is fruit, middle is lemon and bottom layer is chocolate cake.
Top tip
Use cornflour when rolling out icing and an enamel rolling pin as keeps the icing cooler and stops it sticking.
