About this Bake
These macarons were for Easter and modelled on candy eggs. They are filled with a malted milk buttercream frosting and chocolate ganache.
Top tip
Practise, practise, practise! Macarons are such a hard thing to get right and you'll get them wrong more often than not when you first start out. You can do exactly the same thing every time and still come up with different results.
