About this Bake
Chocolate, lemon and vanilla sponge cakes filled with butter cream, lemon curd or jam. I made the cake for my own birthday to try a three tier cake.
Top tip
Begin decorating the cake from the top layer down so that you know the size of the cake above when cutting into the layer below.
