About this Bake

I baked this cake for my boyfriend's birthday as he's a huge fan of almonds. It's an almond flavoured sponge filled with fresh raspberries, smothered with delicious butter icing and sprinkled with toasted almonds. Yummy yummy!

Take your time and enjoy the process. Baking is so therapeutic if you don't put pressure on yourself to get it perfect.
