About this Bake
It's my showstopper and one which is requested time after time. It only takes a few minutes to prepare but it takes a long time between stages. It is well worth it!
Top tip
I use Mexican vanilla, free range eggs & goats milk to make the Dulce de Leche. Let the crust cool completely before adding the pecan cheesecake mixture. Wrap the tin in foil & bake in a bain marie so it won't crack.
