About this Bake
Jess my 12-year-old daughter was set homework to decorate a cake to represent a European country. So she made a orange and polenta cake decorated to look like a bowl of meatballs and pasta. She did it all herself whilst recovering from an emergency stay in hospital.
Top tip
Make your bake taste as good as it looks! Baking makes everything/one feel better! The meatballs are chocolate orange cake pops! Parmesan is grated white chocolate and the tomato sauce is raspberry and orange coulis icing.
