About this Bake
This was my daughter Alice's 9th Birthday cake. It took all week to create but she loved it so it was worth it.
Top tip
Make a good solid chocolate cake so it's easy to carve. Cut a chunk out of the top of the main cake to be able to position the next "wobble" layer on easily.
