About this Bake

My daughter wants a red Christmas cake with Christmas trees on top. I thought a snow globe over the trees and snowman would seem cool. After three hours, I finally got one! It was way into midnight, but I am glad I kept trying so we have a fun cake to share at dinner.

Top tip

The hardest part is the sugar dome. For a first-timer, it takes a lot of attempts before you make an acceptable one, but don’t give up!
