About this Bake

This was a four tier fruit cake that I baked for my best friend, Gemma's wedding. I have never done anything on this scale before and it was very daunting but it was a real success and it tasted lovely. Never again! Ha.

Top tip

Smear a bit of Fred on your work surface before rolling out your fondant icing or marzipan. It won't stick and no messy icing sugar required!
