This is a variety of bakes I did for my friends to celebrate the end of my GCSEs. It includes English Summer Cupcakes&Paul's Teacakes (GBBO recipebook 2013), scones&homemade jam, Mary Berry's Whole lemon cake with lemon cheesecake icing, sandwiches with homemade bread, & homemade lemonad
Top tip
I created this feast over about 2.5/3 days. It was very fun but took a long time!Take into consideration the timings of everything&how fresh everything needs to be. Plan when & what order you will do everything, pick a lovely summer day and have fun!
