About this Bake
I made this cake for my Dad's 60th birthday and designed it as a man's suit braces with a bow tie, as a homage to his career in London. It has two layers; chocolate sponge and vanilla sponge, with chocolate and vanilla butter icing.
Top tip
Bake the cake over two days, because otherwise there wouldn't be enough hours in a day to make it all at once!
