About this Bake
My enchanted woodland cake is a chocolate sponge filled with cherry jam and whipped cream. The outside is covered with chocolate ganache. To create a tree stump effect, I used a fork and I decorated the cake using meringue mushrooms and edible flowers, which were all homemade.

Keep the cake cool.
