About this Bake
Illusion cake made for my Dad's 70th birthday - he loves a drop of red wine! The wine box is a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream, topped with grated white chocolate as the wood shavings. Side panels are fondant made to look like a wooden box, and the wine bottle is moulded puffed rice.

Have faith in your final product even if things are chaotic during making... out of chaos can come order!
