About this Bake
The cake was made for a friend's sisters engagement, the design being left entirely in my hands as a surprise, unbeknown to me the future brides name was to be Swan, an uncanny stroke of coincidence.
Top tip
Take your time with each stage, allow to cool before turning out of your tin. Chill the buttercream sandwiched layers before applying the fondant.
