About this Bake
This cake was made for my husband's birthday. His favourite animal is a pheasant. The most challenging part was trying to keep the head on the body. The cake tasted delicious!
Top tip
Use a small piece of parchment in the bottom of the bowl so the cake doesn't stick when you cook it.
