About this Bake

I really loved making all the different elements for this bake and the hard work was certainly worth it! They taste incredible; light, crisp, fruity and creamy. I was in food heaven with every bite! They taste much better eaten outside in the Autumn sunshine.

Top tip

I made the compote and rough puff pastry the day before I made the Puits d'Amour, which made the cooking process quicker the next day. The rough puff needs to be worked and chilled a number of times.
