About this Bake
I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches, so I thought why not put it in a banoffee pie! It's very decadent and I whipped the peanut butter with the caramel so it wasn't thick and claggy in the mouth.
Top tip
Hand whip double cream so you can control it. Otherwise it may become too thick and stodgy or almost butter!
