About this Bake
My eight-year-old daughter, Grace, followed Paul Hollywood's recipe for baklava as she's choosing a bake to attempt each week from the show. It certainly took longer than the time the bakers had, but all that laminating kept her busy for a while! She made a great job of it and it tastes delicious.
Top tip
Grace says: 'If you can't find ground pistachios, then you can grind whole ones with a rolling pin like I did. You can also use dried berries to decorate it too because we couldn't get any rose petals and we had the berries already'.
