About this Bake
This cake had two tiers, each with three layers: vanilla sponge, chocolate sponge and purple-coloured vanilla sponge sandwiched with white chocolate buttercream. It was decorated with icing, buttercream and chocolate fudge buttercream with a chocolate collar.

Always add extra chocolate!
