I've never made these before and it was after watching bread week and the Chelsea buns I thought why not give it a go!
Top tip
Using Paul Hollywood's recipe for seasonal buns. Prove for one hour after dough is mixed. Then for another whole hour once the swirls are shaped and in the pan!
