Decorating takes a while. Plus if you're like me, a few redos. The end result is worth it as they look really pretty!

Top tip

If using a butter that is quite liquid, once you’ve made the buttercream and coloured it, put it in the fridge. I left mine overnight (over 12 hours). The icing was soft enough to pipe but hard enough to set and not melt off the sides. I used a large rose pipping nozzle.
