About this Bake
My 7 year old daughters all time favourite food is Carrots, hence this cake, though she doesn't like carrot cake so I did a chocolate fudge cake inside, had a lot of fun making this. Daughter is delighted.
Top tip
Use blunt knife to score the carrot.
