About this Bake
Chocolate sponges with malteasers and satsuma rind with jaffa cake layer and cointreau butter cream, with marshmallow rice krispies and topped with a flake.
Top tip
Oil your gloves when handling rice krispies and melted marshmallows! Mine had to go in the bin as they instantly became covered and I couldn't mould the top of the cake.
