This chocolate and raspberry dessert is plant-based. It is a vegan chocolate sponge with a layer of vegan chocolate mousse, a thin layer of raspberry jelly, then another layer of chocolate mousse and finished with vegan chocolate ganache and vegan chocolate cream.
