About this Bake
My wife Lucy asked me to bake her a coconut-flavoured sheep cake for her birthday. I decided to search online for "sheep cake" and improvised my design with fudge pieces, marshmallows and desiccated coconut. I was amazed at the end result.
Top tip
When you make coconut cake, be careful not to overbake it.
