About this Bake
My daughter, Emily, asked me for a Shrek cake for her 14th birthday. She has coeliac disease so has to eat gluten-free, and some cakes can be dry and mealy when they’re gluten-free. This one was helped by the copious amounts of chocolate fudge icing for Shrek’s mud bath.

Buy way more chocolate bars for decoration than you think you need.
