The sponge is white chocolate and dark chocolate, marbled together. The filling is a sweet, salted caramel. The cake is covered in a rich chocolate ganache, sprinkled with hazelnut croquant and topped with homemade truffles. Yum.

This cake has many components, patience and the ability to multi task is essential! The effort is worth it though!
