About this Bake
This is a decadently moist chocolate sponge cake baked in three layers; the top and bottom of the bun and the 'burger' itself. Decorated with a combination of buttercream and sugarpaste icing. Burgerlicious!!
Top tip
Use a pudding bowl to bake the top of the burger bun, this will give it a the perfect dome shape required.
