About this Bake
This was a four-layer chocolate cake with intermittent layers of vanilla buttercream coated with pink vanilla buttercream and multicoloured, piped flowers. It was topped with piped meringue lollipops.
Top tip
Paper straws work really well for creating meringue lollipops.
