About this Bake

This cake is for my lovely Mummy! I don't get to see her often as she lives 130 miles away but this cake travelled all the way. Inside I baked the sponge in swirls of pink, lilac and cream, so pretty when cut.

Top tip

Invest in proper modelling tools. They don't cost much but they make handling the fondant decorations so much easier.
