About this Bake
It was for our local Sainsbury's fairtrade bake off. And it won!! I made cakes resembling drinks using fair-trade ingredients. Luxury hot chocolate cake, caramel macciato cake and lemon green tea cake then covered them in icing to look like tea/coffee cups!
Top tip
Plan ahead if you are doing a complicated bake and practice flavour combinations on family and friends! Everyone loves taste testing!
