About this Bake
This was Janey's 50th birthday veggie patch. Janey loves her garden, so we took inspiration from a Series 4 bake by Ruby and followed her recipe for this carrot cake. We were worried when the batter did not fit in our mixer...but it came together!
Top tip
Tempering chocolate is not easy. Warm slowly as the temperature can rise quickly past the 45 degrees.
