About this Bake

I made this for my nephew. He adores chocolate, so the cakes are rich chocolate filled with jam and cream. The head is marshmallow and crisped rice cereal. He was a labour of love, but worth it.

Top tip

Make sure that you use good dowels to support the head or it will fall off and use boards in between each cake to make it stable.
