About this Bake
It was a Nigella Lawon lemon Madeira cake filled with buttercream and strawberry jam. The icing was shop bought and modelled by myself. I used little pieces of sugar and dyed it with activated charcoal to make the coal. The whole cake took about. 7 hours to make!
