About this Bake

Before lockdown, I had planned to make a giant monster truck cake for my two little boys' birthdays, enough to feed a party full of people (and then some). Lockdown happened and I still made a massive cake. We ate it for days and days - cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Top tip

Always do at least one test bake before doing a big celebration cake.
