About this Bake
I made these arlettes because I always have wanted to master the art of puff pastry. This sounded like a great reason to start the adventure and after a Saturday evening filled with rolling, kneading and resting I got to enjoy my (HUGE!) arlettes.
Top tip
Take your time, let the dough rest enough in the fridge and if the butter feels too soft, let it rest for another 20 minutes. And: roll them VERY thinly, I think mine are still thick enough while they first looked waver thin. Despite that, they were still scrumptious!
