About this Bake
It's a chocolate beetroot cake (because yes it does work) layered with damson curd, sheets of white chocolate, whipped cream and a mix of cherries and red currants in homemade fruit liqueur. The whole thing is covered in chocolate ganache and wrapped with a dark chocolate collar.
Top tip
Cover messy edges with a chocolate collar. It's easier than it looks.
