About this Bake

This is a simple victoria sponge recipe, which is filled with raspberry jam and buttercream. It is smoothed with buttercream to give a 'naked' effect, and then topped with a coloured white chocolate ganache drip, piped coloured buttercream roses and mini eggs!

Top tip

For the ganache drip, don't put the chocolate in the hot pan of cream - it will separate! Pour the hot cream over the chocolate in a separate container.
