My friends Shirlie and Jess baked this cake for our housewarming present. As my flatmate Emily is vegan, they decided to make everything vegan-friendly, but, after making the icing, they forgot and accidentally added eggs to the cake mix!
Top tip
Don't forget that if you make your icing vegan, you have to make your cake vegan as well!
